Students will be keeping their research and writing at the school so that their progress can be observed.
Research links and infographic templates will be available here for students who wish to start sooner than time provided in class for infographic. Students will not be allowed to work on their infographic in class until their article is complete.
The final draft of their informational article and infographic will be uploaded to Google Classroom. (one major grade)
A presentation rubric is also available for students to start practicing (a separate major grade)

Click the link for your topic below to reach a Google Doc with links for acceptable research sources and citations. You will copy the citation of any article you decide to use and paste it into a Bibliography/Works Cited page. In the future, you will be shown how to make these citations on your own! For now, we want to emphasize that you must cite where you got your research by including your citations at the end of the article you write.
Infographic templates
The first slides in each template explain how to customize and then save your infographic as an image that you can insert into your article. Follow the directions in the template.

Presentation information
Every student will be required to present the information presented in their article. Your presentation should be similarly structured like your article with a clear beginning, middle, and end. Talking points from your article should be prepared on index cards to be referenced during your presentation, but presenters should mainly be making eye contact with their audience. See the rubric below.
